Congratulations to Gowrie NSW for being recognised with two significant awards from Xref Engage for 2025: Best Workplace and Change Champion!

These awards acknowledge Gowrie NSW’s commitment to creating a supportive and empowering work environment where innovation and collaboration thrive. As a not-for-profit organization with strong values focused on respect, inclusion, and professional growth, they truly stand out.

We want to extend our congratulations to all of the teachers, educators, leaders, and team members at Gowrie NSW. Your dedication and passion are what make this a place of excellence. These achievements reflect a deep commitment to positive change and continuous improvement within the early and middle childhood education sectors.

"We have a focus on growing a culture of democracy, viewing our teachers and educators as experts of their craft, and value their contribution to the wider ECEC community. These awards translate to better outcomes for children. For children to thrive, they need to be surrounded by happy healthy valued people, who care where they are and proud of the work they do. This has a positive impact on children's learning trajectories and well-being." - Nicole Jones, CEO Gowrie NSW
