Xref has made significant progress in transitioning to a full subscription-based business model, with annuity revenue now being the majority of our income. We have streamlined operations and our business model to drive growth and reduce costs. By focusing on a single technical platform and implementing self-sign-on and auto-renewal subscriptions, we aim to increase recurring revenue further. In the fiscal year 2025, our revenue grew by 7% to $21.3m, with cost of sales decreasing to $2.3m, resulting in a gross profit of $19.0m. Operating costs were reduced by 9%, leading to a positive operating cash flow. EBITDA was positive at $2.5m, indicating strong financial performance.
