Change of Company Secretary

Xref Limited (ASX:XF1) announces the appointment of Ms Kamille Dietrich of Automic Group as the new Company Secretary, effective immediately. Ms Dietrich brings extensive experience in company secretarial duties, having worked with ASX listed and unlisted public companies across various industries. Following this appointment, Mr Robert Waring has stepped down from the role. The Board expresses gratitude for Mr Waring's service.
