We are pleased to announce our latest financial results for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. Xref Ltd saw a 10% increase in revenues, reaching A$20.4M. However, we also experienced a net loss of A$3.4M, primarily due to increased employee expenses and share-based payments.

Our candidate referencing segment, which offers an online reference checking platform, saw a 3% increase in revenues to A$16M. Additionally, our Australia segment revenue increased by 10% to A$15.7M, while the United States segment revenue grew by 19% to A$1.1M.

As a company focused on human resource and recruitment technology, we continue to provide innovative solutions such as ID verification and Engagement surveys to help our clients make informed decisions.
