We're announcing a change in our finance leadership. Kath Landon will become Chief Financial Officer from 1 October 2026, taking over from Avi Lewis, who is stepping down after his notice period and will formally depart on 12 October 2026.

Kath isn't new to Xref. She has been working closely with us since June 2026 as an external consultant, leading the delivery of our refinance, audit, budget and R&D tax incentive work. She brings over 25 years of executive finance experience, including nine years at ELMO Software where she most recently served as Chief Accounting Officer, with deep expertise across finance teams, FP&A, enterprise systems, treasury and M&A integration.

For shareholders, the practical point is continuity. Kath already knows the business and has been embedded in some of our key financial workstreams for months, which should support a smooth handover as Avi departs.

We want to thank Avi for his contribution since joining in April 2023, and welcome Kath formally to the executive leadership team.
