In the Company’s ASX announcement dated 23 November 2022, it was noted that Xref will pay up to $2 million in script on the first and second anniversaries following completion, conditional on performance. The 2,906,977 shares represent the payment of the first anniversary acquisition cost instalment. Earlier today the Company lodged an Appendix 2A for this share issue.
