The Company advises that the AGM has been rescheduled and will now be held at 10:30am (AEDT) on Friday, 27 November 2026, rather than Monday, 23 November 2026. As a result of the revised AGM date, and in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director of the Company at the AGM is now Friday, 9 October 2026.
