Announcement PDF 17 August 2016 Company Announcements Office Australian Securities Exchange Change of Auditor At a Special Meeting held on 27 May 2016, Xref Limited (Xref or the Company) shareholders approved a resolution that Crowe Horwath Sydney to act as Auditor of the Company with effect on and from the date the re-domicile of the Company to Australia takes effect. Since the change of the Company’s nature and scale of its activities, and its re-admission to the official list of the ASX, the Company has had its operations substantially based in Australia and the Company is in the process of re-domiciling to Australia from New Zealand. The primary operations of the Company are now in Australia, and it is impractical for its existing Auditor PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) New Zealand to continue as the Company’s Auditor. As an interim measure, until the final re-domicile is approved by the New Zealand and Australian regulators, which is expected shortly after the 2016 Annual Report is finalised, Crowe Horwath New Zealand has been appointed interim Auditor for the purpose of the 2016 Annual Financial Report.
